Please note due to the handmade nature of our products they may vary slightly in appearance from one item to another, this, we feel adds to their character and is not to be considered a defect.
We do not offer returns on personalised items.
How to return an item:
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com. In your email, please let us know which item your would like to return/exchange, as well as the reason. If possible, please include your order number (you can find this on your order confirmation email).
Returns need to be unused and in original condition. Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from our website.
Please note, we do not refund the original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping, unless your item is defective, or you have received the wrong product.
For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item.
If you are returning a product from overseas, please make sure you mark on the customs form that it is a return, otherwise customs fees will be occured.
When sending an item back to us, we recommend sending via a tracked service to be sure the items get returned to us. We cannot accept the cost of any items lost in the post.
If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away.
Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging and item and email us so we can find out what went wrong and arrange your product replacement.
