Our heart shaped personalised wine charms make wonderful gifts, perfect for teachers gifts, birthday presents and thank you gifts.
These wine charms are personalised with your teachers / friend or family members name.
Handmade in porcelain clay each charm is glazed and fired and then personalised with a name, the personalised wine charms are then attached to a wine glass charm hoop, perfect to give as your party, wedding or bridal shower favours.
Each heart measures approx 2.5cm and sit perfectly on a wine glasses.
How to order:
Add your required number of wine glass charms to the shopping cart, select the colours you would like the text..
Making:
It will take us upto 1 week to handmade your wine glass charms, if you need them by a certain date send us a quick note with your order so we can ensure we get them to you in time.

We ship worldwide:
UK: once made your charms will be sent via royalmail first class post to aim to arrive within 24 hours.
Rest of the world: We ship with royalmail who aim to deliver within 5 to 10 working days, however on occasion it does take longer – if you need your favours sooner then let us know and we can quote for expediting your parcel which will reach you in upto 3 working days.
